Creative Principles for Innovation

BiotroniS was pleased to take part in the EuropeanDocDay at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden, an event focused on creative approaches to innovation and problem-solving. Together with Dr. Thomas Servay, participants explored the “22 Creative Principles of Evolution” and discussed how these principles can help identify new development paths, overcome challenges and avoid dead ends during innovation processes.
The event also provided a practical perspective on how such principles can be transferred into research and technological development. Daniel Kranz presented how he incorporated the concepts into his work on biodegradable sensors, demonstrating how systematic creative thinking can support the development of innovative technologies.
The discussions highlighted the value of looking beyond established approaches when addressing scientific and technological challenges. Combining structured innovation methods with practical research experience can open up new perspectives and help transform initial ideas into more effective solutions.
For BiotroniS, EuropeanDocDay was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives and connect creative methodologies with our own research and development activities. We were happy to be part of this inspiring event and to contribute to an environment where interdisciplinary exchange and creative thinking can support more purposeful and innovative development processes.
