BiotroNiS (Materials and Systems for Bioelectronics: A Network in Saxony) is a leading research network advancing bioelectronics, the innovative fusion of living systems and electronic technologies, with applications in medicine, biotechnology, and beyond.
We are evolving into the International Bioelectronics Society, providing a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Supported by EFRE funding, BiotroNiS strengthens interdisciplinary cooperation, enables the transfer of next-generation bioelectronic materials and systems, and fosters strategic partnerships across research, industry, and start-ups.
